RDPShop services provides computer repair and IT services for Knoxville TN and surrounding area. Some remote support could be done as well for those needing help nationally. We also cover website building and design, local SEO marketing, backup and disaster recovery services, graphic designs to help build your brand and identity, networking, in-home and remote computer/software training and business applications and software services. I am sure there are some other technical issues that may not be listed here, so the best thing is, if you are not sure, contact us and just ask. We are here to help.
The charge is $80 for the first hour, However, there is no 1-hour minimum charge. There is a $30 service fee, which is applied to the time that is one hour or more. The service fee is for anything less than 30 minutes. If I am at your location for less than 30 minutes, you are only charged the Service Fee. Often, RDPShop will charge by project, which means savings for you. For example, if a tech goes on-site and finds that your audio isn't working because the speakers were turned off, the charge could be only $10 total. Also, RDPShop IT Services will not charge you if the issue can't be resolved.
Under normal circumstance No. However, if you are a business with an emergency, or the weekends is the only time we can help you at home. We will do our best to help you out. This applies to both residential and businesses, however businesses will take priority.
