Thus removing an on-site IT department to be handy for computer or IT issues. Places like the Geek Squad or Geeks On Site really pride themselves on making money more than helping the customer. True, IT services should be compensated but not to the point it is cheaper to buy another computer. 

RDPShop IT Services are available for computer repair in Knoxville TN. And more than just computer repair. There are many elderly people that need help, not to have their money taken for little service. Most other IT companies, have their services marketed out to where it is all about the money. My belief is in actually helping the customer like it should be.

RDPShop is more than just a computer repair shop in Knoxville TN. It is an on-site service for computers, printers, scanners, software and other related IT services. Both physical service as well as consultation are offered. Many people have issues with networking in both home and businesses. I can fix your issues or provide advice.

I want to ensure that you are happy and running smoothly no matter if it is your home or business. In my early days of IT, the departments I worked in were very customer service oriented. These days it seems that IT and help desk want to tell the customer what to do. That will never be my philosophy.

RDPShop IT Services is not only a local computer repair service in Knoxville TN, I also cover the major surrounding areas. The charge is $80 for the first hour, no 1-hour minimum charge. There is a $40 service fee, however this is applied to time that is one hour or more. The service fee is for anything less than 30 minutes. If I am at your location for 30 minutes or less, you are only charged the Service Fee. If I am on-site for an example, 45 minutes. It will be $40 service fee plus $20 for the 15 minutes. To simplify it, $40 for a half hour or less. $80 for the first hour and then $20 for every additional 15 minutes. Most important, if I can't fix it, I do not charge you...

Basic Computer Repair

  • This includes computer that are getting the "Blue Screen of Death"

  • Do not have a one hour minimum charge. Travel fees may apply but if the job takes me 5 minutes to fix, then cost will be adjusted.

Hours Of Operation

Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

I normally do not work weekends. However, if you are a business with an emergency, or the weekends is the only time I can help you at home. I can work on the weekends at a higher rate of $100 an hour and a service fee of $50. This applies to  both residential and businesses, however businesses will take priority.


Pricing

Mileage fees may occur for any distance beyond 30 miles from my location. Some repair cost will be tailored based on the type repair or project. Meaning if I show up and the repair takes for example, 5 minutes to fix, you will not be charged for the full hour like all the other services do. Furniture fees are in general, $30 for office chairs, $40 for some gaming chairs, Between $60 and $100 for desk and hutches. If you need a furniture assembly, best to contact me with model and or images to get an accurate price.


IMPORTANT: I do not charge if I can't fix it.
